Orientation of minor education program for MAB/SDGs organized by the YNU UNESCO Chair on Education in Biosphere Reserves for Sustainable Societies was held on April 4, 2022 for YNU students by a remote hybrid using the 101 classroom in the lecture building of College of Urban Sciences and Zoom.
Several tens of undergraduate students (together with remote attendants) participated in the orientation. UNESCO Chair holder, Prof. Hiroyuki Matsuda (College of Urban Sciences) explained the overall features of the minor program, Prof. Miguel Clüsener-Godt (from Paris) and Prof. Reiko Matsubaguchi (College of Education) explained the elective compulsory subjects of the program, and finally Prof. Fumito Koike (College of Urban Sciences) explained an overseas training course associated with Prince of Songkla University (partner university).
